How long should I use the patches?

Use Nicotex Patch Step 1 (21 mg) for 4 weeks, Nicotex Patch Step 2 (14 mg) for 4 weeks and Nicotex Patch Step 3 (7 mg) for 4 weeks. If you smoke 20 or fewer cigarettes a day, follow the 12-week plan. Use Step 2 (14 mg) for 4 weeks and Step 3 (7 mg) for 8 weeks.
