The Nicotex Lozenge allows your body to gradually adjust to having less nicotine over a 12-week therapy program until you no longer need any and, thus, helps you quit smoking.


Consume a lozenge whenever you feel the urge to smoke and follow the below dosage schedule.

  • 1-6-weeks

    1 lozenge every 1 to 2 hours

  • 7-9-weeks

    1 lozenge every 2 to 4 hours

  • 10-12-weeks

    1 lozenge every 4 to 8 hours

Do not use more than 15 mini lozenges per day

How To Use


Peel off along the marking at the back of the carton.


Push mini lozenge from the front to tear off the foil and remove it.


Now place the mini lozenge in your mouth.


Ocassionally roll it in the mouth till it dissolves completely. Do not chew or swallow the mini lozenge.

Do not eat or drink 15 minutes before using or while the mini lozenge is in your mouth.

Consult your Doctor before using Nicotex:

  • If you are below 18 years of age.
  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • If you are taking any other medicines, especially those containing these.
  • If you have other medical conditions such as uncontrolled high blood pressure, stroke, stomach ulcer, kidney or liver disease, heart or circulation problems, diabetes, allergic reactions, severe sore throat, inflammation of the mouth, overactive thyroid, or adrenal gland cancer.
  • If you have had previous reactions to nicotine gums or other nicotine-containing products.
  • Side Effects:
    Commonly associated side effects with nicotine lozenge therapy may include a sore throat, heartburn, nausea/indigestion or hiccups. If you experience any extreme side effects like irregular heartbeat, severe throat infection, mouth sores or symptoms of nicotine overdose, stop using the nicotine lozenge and contact your doctor immediately.
  • Nicotine Overdose:
    If you have smoked while using nicotine lozenges OR used more nicotine lozenges than recommended OR, in case, a child or pet has swallowed some, then contact a doctor immediately. The general symptoms of nicotine overdose include headache, sickness, diarrhoea and stomach pain.
